World Card Ltd provides software development and technology services only. Our services include:
All services are limited to software design, development, and technical support. The Company does not act as a bank, financial institution, payment provider, or regulated entity.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Businesses must be duly registered and authorized to engage software development services.
The scope of any software development engagement, including deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria, will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between the Company and the client.
You agree not to use our software, materials, or services for any unlawful purpose or activity, or in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws or regulations.
All software, content, documentation, and technology created or owned by World Card Ltd remain the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of custom-developed deliverables will be defined in the relevant project agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Card Ltd's liability is limited to the fees paid for the software services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
